How to Wow Your Guests With Classic Holiday Decor For Your Bathroom
The bathroom is often an overlooked spot for festive decor. When you’re having friends and family over it’s such an easy space to add an element of surprise and delight.
Our downstairs powder room is very small, and we’ve never decorated it for the holidays.
Given that we’re hosting family this year, I knew I wanted to add a few classic seasonal decor items to spruce up the space in order to make it more inviting and fun.
Given how expensive the holidays can be, I knew I wanted to find beautiful decor that also works with my budget.
Walmart Home is always my first stop when looking for holiday decor that is both beautiful and budget-friendly. I especially love browsing the Better Homes and Gardens collections and almost always have a Better Homes and Gardens candle burning in my home.
Normally, I love browsing Walmart home decor in store but during this busy season, their fast shipping is especially helpful. I ordered all of the products for this post online and received them quickly.

The Framed Holiday Wall Art Print was the first piece that caught my eye, and everything else in the room was selected to coordinate with it.
The Holiday Time Mixed Greenery Un-Lit Wreath is simple and so elegant. I love it so much that I’m sure you’ll be seeing several more of these throughout our home too. The photos of this wreath online don’t do it justice. I was very pleased that it looks so realistic and full.
The red and green of the Linus hand towel perfectly coordinates with the wall art I chose and adds another festive touch.
We will primarily use the beige Mainstays towel set in my upstairs guest bathroom; however, I’m keeping some of the hand towels in the powder room as well. These towels are the perfect middle-ground between a thick/fluffy option and a thinner, quick-drying option. They feel soft and cozy but aren’t so thick that they take forever to dry between uses.
The rest of the items purchased for this bathroom update are things we’ll be excited to use year-round, especially the Better Homes and Gardens Woven Tank Basket which will allow us to corral things like air fresheners, extra toilet paper, and other essentials. These are especially nice to have on hand in guest bathrooms so your visitors don’t have to feel uncomfortable digging through your cabinets to find anything they need.
You can shop all Walmart festive bath finds from $12 here.
I hope this post has provided some inspiration for your powder room holiday decor and that you are able to find some awesome Walmart Home products for your own festivities.
